How Soon Will I Receive My Building?

Average time for delivery when purchasing a building that is already at the Dealer’s Lot is 5-7 Business Days. The average time for delivery when purchasing a Custom Ordered building is 4-6 weeks. Excluding Holidays, weekends, and always with weather permitting. Our 3rd party delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery.

How Many Blocks Do I Need?

Blocking. Recommended block size is 8x8x16 SOLID BLOCK. Pads are optional but highly recommended.

6×10 up to 12×28 in length is $100 each level of blocking. 12×29 or larger in length is $150 each level of blocking. Recommended block size is 8x8x16 SOLID BLOCK. Pads are optional but highly recommended

What Do I Need To Do To Prep My Area For Delivery?

Please ensure there are no obstacles (trees, fences, gates, low hanging wires, etc.) prior to delivery. Buildings are generally around 12′ tall and we require an extra 2-3′ of height clearance to ensure no damage occurs to the roof of the building during set up.

Please ensure there is at least an extra 2′ of width clearance to bring the building onto

the property to ensure no damage occurs to the sides of the building.

Example: an 8ft wide needs 10ft of clearance. A 10ft wide needs 12ft of clearance.

We DO NOT offer any tree trimming, gate removal or fence removal services.

**PLEASE NOTE: If there is a balance due to pay off your building at the time of delivery, the payment is to be turned into the driver in the form of CHECK, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER made payable to Shed Daddy’s. We can also run a CREDIT CARD through our QR Code/App if you so choose.

How Does My Building Get Leveled?

All customers have the option of placing their building on concrete blocks for an extra fee. 6’x10’ up to 12’x28’ buildings are $100 per layer of blocks. 12’x29’ and larger are $150 per layer of blocks. Drivers will only place buildings on 8x8x16 SOLID CONCRETE blocks, no exceptions. All blocking fees are due to the driver on the day of delivery in CASH ONLY.
